Your order is confirmed only after Meraki approval and full payment.
HOW MUCH SHOULD I ORDER?
2 PIECES PER PERSON — ALONGSIDE OTHER FOOD
Recommended when Meraki is served as part of a larger meal or spread.
AT LEAST 3 PIECES PER PERSON — MERAKI AS THE MAIN FOOD
Recommended when Meraki is the main food being served.
20 Pieces — 10 guests alongside other food | 6 guests as main food

PICKUP & DELIVERY
PICKUP
Free pickup is available. Choose pickup when submitting your catering request and we’ll coordinate the details with you.
DELIVERY
Delivery is available within our standard 20-mile service area and is quoted separately based on location.
Standard delivery includes drop-off only. Setup and on-site service are not included.
Longer-distance delivery may be available upon request.
Sales tax is additional.
CATERING POLICIES
A few helpful details to know when planning your catering order.
NOTICE & PAYMENT
Standard catering requests require at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be accommodated based on availability. There is no rush fee.
For standard approved requests, full payment is required to confirm your order. Invoice payment is due within 24 hours.
Until payment is received, your date, time, and order are not confirmed. If payment is not received within 24 hours, availability may be released.
For an approved request made with less than 48 hours’ notice, payment is due immediately.
CANCELLATION
72 hours or more before scheduled pickup or delivery Full refund.
48–72 hours before scheduled pickup or delivery Meraki credit.
Less than 48 hours before scheduled pickup or delivery
Non-refundable and no credit.
MERAKI CREDIT
Meraki credit is valid for 90 days from the original cancellation date.
If only part of your credit is used, the remaining balance stays available until the original expiration date. Using part of the credit does not restart the 90-day period.
If a future order costs more than your available credit, you pay the difference.
ORDER CHANGES
Changes to quantities, flavors, package composition, or House Sauce selections may be requested up to 48 hours before scheduled pickup or delivery, subject to availability.
Modified orders must follow Meraki’s current package and add-on structure.
If an approved change increases the order total, the additional balance must be paid to confirm the change.
If an approved change made at least 48 hours in advance reduces the order total, Meraki will refund the applicable difference.
Less than 48 hours before scheduled pickup or delivery, the order is considered final. Changes, reductions, refunds, or credits are not guaranteed. Any exception is at Meraki’s discretion.
RESCHEDULING
72 hours or more before scheduled pickup or delivery
You may request to reschedule your order, subject to availability.
48–72 hours before scheduled pickup or delivery
Your order value will become Meraki credit under our 90-day credit policy.
Less than 48 hours before scheduled pickup or delivery
Your order is considered final. No refund or credit is guaranteed. Any accommodation is at Meraki’s discretion.
TAXES, DELIVERY & TIPS
Sales tax is additional.
Delivery is additional when applicable and is quoted separately based on location.
Tips are optional and are never automatically included.
